Emilie Cullen advises clients on a range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and strategic investments. She works with investors and businesses on the structuring and execution of transactions and related corporate matters, helping clients address the legal and business considerations that arise throughout the course of a transaction. Her practice includes representing clients in private equity and other corporate matters across varying transaction structures.

Emilie brings an additional perspective to her transactional practice from a six-month client secondment with the deal execution team of a private equity firm. In that role, she worked alongside investment professionals and gained insight into the investment process and the considerations that inform the evaluation and execution of transactions.
