Emily McNally works to help clients solve issues related to the establishment and protection of their intellectual property needs. She focuses her litigation practice on effectively enforcing and defending clients' intellectual property rights in courts and other dispute resolution forums.
Since beginning her career as a public defender, Emily has been a dedicated advocate for both individual and entity clients. She recognizes the importance of building and presenting the strongest possible case before a judge and jury. Before joining Polsinelli, Emily’s practice areas included federal civil rights and employment litigation, white collar criminal matters, and indigent criminal defense.
