Emily Hermreck is an associate in the Construction practice. She enjoys helping clients find solutions to complex construction matters and advises clients throughout all construction project phases, from inception to completion. Emily works with owners and developers in all aspects of public and private construction and development, including large-scale new construction and renovation project agreements. She routinely assists with the drafting, review, development and negotiation of design and construction agreements.
In addition to counseling clients on construction transactions, Emily assists the Construction team in handling disputes arising at all phases of a construction project. At the first signs of a dispute, she helps clients navigate their immediate next steps to appropriately document and preserve their claims, assists them through negotiated resolution and mediation and, if necessary, formal dispute resolution, including arbitration and litigation. Emily is a passionate advocate for her clients and works to ensure their needs are met throughout the entire course of representation.
