Emily Phillips strives to provide the best service to each of her clients. She draws on a diverse array of transactions that inform her approach to each unique client and transaction structure.
Emily represents both borrowers and lenders in complex lending transactions, loan modifications, acquisition (including M&A) finance and venture debt facilities. She has worked with both large private debt funds as well as regional banks to structure financial transactions that suit the needs of their customers.
Emily has experience working in healthcare bond financings and capital markets, specifically aircraft backed securitizations. Her extensive experience in bond financing includes transactions for single hospitals, regional and national health systems, senior living providers, and other nonprofit organizations, across a wide variety of financing structures, including fixed-rate, variable-rate, multi-modal and direct purchase. Emily is also committed to giving back and works pro bono on immigration matters such as asylum and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.
