Emily Wemhoff’s practice focuses on representing businesses and organizations in commercial litigation and commercial real estate matters. Her experience spans both litigation and transactional work, including representing property owners, developers and investors in matters involving acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing. Emily works closely with Polsinelli attorneys to develop outcome-driven strategies, whether in litigation or transactional negotiations, that align with each client’s business goals.

Emily provides guidance and advocacy in all phases of a dispute or deal, from pre-litigation negotiations and risk assessment to trial, as well as through the lifecycle of real estate transactions.
