Polsinelli Expands Employment Litigation Practice With Two New Attorneys in California

Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli has expanded its presence in California and added two new attorneys to its Employment Litigation Practice: Lindsay C. David joined the Los Angeles office and Tiffany S. Hansen joined the San Francisco office. Their addition expands Polsinelli’s wage and hour and general employment law practice in California with two highly experienced attorneys.

Lindsay David (Principal) focuses her practice on wage and hour litigation, including handling state class actions, Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) matters and collective actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). She represents companies from the initial stages of a case through to the appeal process. David also represents a diverse range of clients, including startups and Fortune 500 companies, in various state and federal employment disputes. She graduated with honors with her B.A. from the University of California before acquiring her J.D. at California Western School of Law.

Tiffany Hansen (Principal) has extensive trial and litigation experience in various labor and employment disputes, including discrimination, harassment and retaliation cases as well as appellate advocacy. She represents employers in single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff lawsuits in state and federal court and before administrative agencies. Her clients include public and private sector employers in a broad range of industries, including retail, healthcare, higher education and automotive. She regularly defends employers in lawsuits alleging causes of action for discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour violations and related claims. Hansen brings extensive trial and arbitration experience, which makes her particularly well-suited to advise clients at all levels of litigation, from pre-litigation negotiations through trial and even at the appellate level, if necessary, Hansen completed her B.A. at Washington State University before receiving her J.D, with honors, from Golden Gate University School of Law.
