Lindsay David focuses her practice on wage and hour class action litigation, collective actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) as well as representative wage and hour litigation under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) – from case inception through appeal. She represents companies from startups to Fortune 500 companies in all types of state and federal employment litigation.
