Evan is a shareholder at Polsinelli, practicing in the firm’s Corporate and Transactional Group. He focuses his practice on M&A, strategic transactions and general counsel representation.

Evan represents privately-held companies, executives and investors, including private equity groups, investor groups and family offices. He represents strategic and financial clients in transactions ranging from millions of dollars to more than $1 billion.

Evan’s practice spans the full range of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, minority investments, leveraged buyouts, commercial transactions, debt and equity financings, executive arrangements and governance matters. He also acts as general counsel to closely-held businesses and private equity platforms, providing “deal-level priority” for day-to-day guidance.
