Polsinelli recently represented Eleconnex, a supplier of electrical infrastructure products for commercial and multi-family end markets and a portfolio company of Dunes Point Capital, in its strategic acquisition of Structured Cable Products and SIMPLY 45 (SCP/Simply45). SCP/Simply45 is a Florida-based supplier of low voltage cable and related accessories to electrical, A/V and specialty distribution customers.

This strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone for Eleconnex, allowing them to provide customers a broader range of product solutions.
