Polsinelli recently represented Specialty Products & Insulation (SPI), a leading global distributor of value-added insulation solutions, in its acquisition of Montreal-based Dispro, a trusted distributor and fabricator of thermal and acoustical insulation.

This acquisition further deepens SPI’s advanced fabrication capabilities and expands its reach into Eastern Canada.
