Join us for a timely discussion on an active Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (CCUS) project. Cathy Stevens with Harvestone Low Carbon Partners will present on the Blue Flint Sequester Company and its experience navigating North Dakota Class VI compliance from project inception through implementation.

The Blue Flint Sequester Company launched its Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) initiative to sequester carbon dioxide emissions and support climate change mitigation efforts. A critical component of the project’s success has been compliance with North Dakota’s Class VI regulatory framework, which governs the safe and effective underground storage of CO₂. This session will highlight how thoughtful planning, proactive stakeholder engagement and adaptive management were essential to advancing the project from concept to execution.

Network with other CCUS professionals while enjoying food and drinks at New Terrain Brewing – we hope to see you there!

This event is open to all CCUS professionals and sponsored by contacts from PolsinelliThe Payne Institute for Public Policy through the Colorado School of MinesGSI Environmental Inc., Jessica Gregg and Sproule ERCE.
