Law, Justice, and the Holocaust: How the Courts Failed Germany - a program of the U.S. Holocaust Museum
Since 2008, the United States Holocaust Museum has worked with partners from the Conference of Chief Justices, the Federal Judicial Center, and the National Center for State Courts to shape this program’s content and deliver it to almost 30,000 legal professionals through more than 200 programs in 45 states, Puerto Rico, and the District of Columbia.
This program’s close scrutiny of the past provides a framework for an exploration of the role of the judiciary and legal profession in a democracy.
