Farah Nicol chairs Polsinelli’s Litigation Department, a nationally recognized team whose attorneys and practices have been honored by Chambers USA, BTI Consulting Group and Best Law Firms. With more than 30 years of experience managing mass tort, toxic tort and product liability litigation, she leads complex, high-exposure cases for clients across California and the United States.
Serving as National Coordinating Counsel for major corporations, Farah develops and implements litigation strategies that reduce filings, control costs and achieve consistent, favorable results. Her clients—ranging from Fortune 50 to Fortune 500 companies—value her ability to assess risk early, coordinate multi-jurisdictional litigation and manage large-scale teams to ensure efficient, business-driven outcomes.
Farah represents clients in industries including life sciences, manufacturing, petrochemicals, construction and consumer products, with experience spanning:
