Polsinelli Further Expands Dallas Presence with Debt Finance Shareholder Stacie Cargill
Polsinelli is pleased to welcome Stacie L. Cargill to the firm’s Dallas office as a shareholder in the Capital Markets & Commercial Lending Practice. An experienced debt finance attorney, Cargill concentrates her practice on advising corporate borrowers, private equity funds and financial institutions on a wide range of domestic and international matters, including debt restructurings, acquisition and investment financing, asset-based lending and fund finance transactions.
“Stacie’s extensive experience across the spectrum of financing transactions is an exciting addition to our diversified finance team. Her lender and borrower-side background strengthens our ability to continue delivering sophisticated, solutions-oriented counsel to clients,” said Jessica Zaiger, Co-Chair of Polsinelli’s Capital Markets & Commercial Lending Practice. “Stacie brings a client-focused approach and a deep understanding of both domestic and international financing that aligns with our multidisciplinary practice. We’re thrilled to have her on board.”
“Stacie’s arrival is a reflection of our continued commitment to the Dallas market and the strong momentum we’ve built in the region, which is further highlighted by our relocation to the distinguished Old Parkland campus,” said Brian A. Bullard, Dallas Office Managing Partner. “We are excited to have Stacie be part of our continued growth initiative in Dallas.”
Cargill’s client portfolio spans a broad spectrum of industries including health care, telecommunications, financial services and advanced manufacturing. She regularly handles single- and multi-borrower deals, as well as single-lender, agented and broadly syndicated arrangements. Additionally, Cargill advises banks, lenders and sponsors on both secured and unsecured transactions.
”Polsinelli’s commitment to the Texas market was a key element of my decision. The relocation, as well as the recent expansion to include a Fort Worth office last year, speaks to the health of the office generally,” said Cargill. “More specifically, Polsinelli’s platform offers significant synergies with my practice. Additionally, there is a significant opportunity for me to help expand Polsinelli’s service to existing clients. I’m excited to be involved with a firm in a growth mindset here in Texas.”
Cargill earned her J.D. from Southern Methodist University and her B.S. from the University of Texas at Arlington.
