Frank advises clients on complex corporate and financial transactions, with a particular focus on private mergers and acquisitions. As Chair of the Private Equity – Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group, he counsels private equity funds, strategic acquirers, family offices and their portfolio companies on stock and asset purchases, mergers, divestitures and financial reorganizations. He has represented clients in transactions ranging from multi-million to multi-billion in value.
