For clients around the world, Greg Leitner gives legal advice and counseling in the areas of general counseling, deal structuring, commercial transactions, and complex commercial disputes. As former outside general counsel for the chemical division of Olin Corporation and for other chemical firms, Greg has led teams handling multi-million dollar commercial transactions including joint ventures, asset purchase agreements, mergers and acquisitions, manufacturing agreements, and environmental disputes. Greg has also prosecuted many large commercial cases, representing corporation clients as the plaintiff resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars in recoveries.
