Gregory Jones is an attorney in the firm’s Health Care Litigation practice. He is a distinguished litigator who specializes in defending clients in a variety of health care litigation matters. Greg represents a broad range of health care companies, including health systems, hospitals, hospice, home health and home care providers, nursing homes, physicians and physician groups, in lawsuits and arbitrations involving a wide array of disputes, including claims for unfair competition and business practices, health insurance fraud, antitrust, breach of contract, false advertising, partnership disputes and other business torts.

He also defends clients in qui tam actions brought under the Federal False Claims Act, the California False Claims Act and the California Insurance Frauds Prevention Act. Based in the firm’s Los Angeles office, Greg has litigated and tried cases in federal and state courts throughout the country, including California, New York, Texas, Nevada, Florida, Oregon, Colorado, Virginia, Washington, D.C., New Mexico and Delaware.

Greg also represents clients in internal compliance investigations and responding to government investigations, civil investigative demands and subpoenas.
