Polsinelli has welcomed Kevin T. Elkins to its Health Care Litigation Practice Group as a shareholder in Nashville. Elkins is an experienced litigator who focuses his practice on representing health care clients in managed care and payor disputes along with other related litigation. The firm’s Health Care Litigation Practice has experienced significant growth this year, with Elkins’ arrival coming on the heels of the addition of a payor disputes team in Charleston and health care litigator Zachary Rothenberg in Los Angeles earlier this year.

The Nashville office continues to be a high-priority location for Polsinelli and has grown significantly over the past years. In response to this impressive growth, the Nashville team moved into a new office space late last year, doubling previous square footage.

Elkins earned both his J.D., magna cum laude, and his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Tennessee.
