Polsinelli recently represented LiveWell Partners (LiveWell), a leading home care provider with a focus on building clinical teams that deliver top-decile clinical outcomes and patient scores, in their acquisition of Empower Home Health Services (Empower), a home health agency committed to enhancing quality of life through extraordinary care and a collaborative clinical treatment approach.

This acquisition expands LiveWell’s geographic footprint into the Chicago area in addition to current operations in Kansas, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri and Ohio.
