Hunter’s practice is centered on the formation, structuring, operation and management of private investment vehicles. He represents sponsors across a wide range of private equity, co-investment, seeding and hybrid fund landscape, guiding them through regulatory, fundraising and transactional complexities. Whether working with established institutional managers or first-time fund sponsors, Hunter provides strategic counsel at every stage of a fund’s lifecycle, helping clients navigate the ever-evolving demands of the market and investor expectations.

In addition, Hunter advises institutional investors, family offices and other limited partners in evaluating, negotiating and managing their investments. Leveraging his experience in fund structuring, governance and regulatory considerations, Hunter helps limited partners conduct due diligence, negotiate equity terms and ensure alignment between investment objectives and sponsor commitments. He helps provide strategic guidance on key issues and offers practical solutions that help safeguard limited partner interests while fostering productive relationships with sponsors.
