Every new year brings changes, and 2025 has brought more than usual with several new Maryland employment laws and a change in administration at the federal level. In this program, our panel will discuss updates under Maryland law that employers need to know, as well as several of the Executive Orders and new enforcement priorities of the Trump administration.
