Jack’s practice focuses on financing transactions representing borrowers, lenders, underwriters and other parties, primarily in nonprofit and other health care financings. His practice spans a variety of financing structures, including publicly offered and privately placed bonds and term loans and revolving credit facilities. In addition to guiding clients through transactions, Jack advises clients on securities law, disclosure issues and other post-issuance compliance matters related to their financings.

Jack also represents clients in a variety of banking, corporate, securities and regulatory matters in a variety of other industries. Working with Polsinelli attorneys in the Capital Markets and Commercial Lending practice, he is committed to understanding each client’s business, strategic and operational needs and priorities. In this role, he provides valuable counsel to borrowers and lenders on structuring and documenting business deals and complex lending transactions.
