Jason P. Katz is committed to efficiently guiding clients through significant transactions while advancing their business goals and protecting their interests. He provides counsel to public and private companies on a wide range of domestic and international corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, strategic investments and joint ventures. He has represented clients across various industries, including telecommunications, health care, pharmaceuticals, software, insurance, apparel and manufacturing.

Jason is well versed in domestic and cross-border purchase/sale transactions, including counseling international clients in connection with purchasing and selling U.S.-based assets, as well as buyers of distressed assets in 363 sales. He has extensive experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements and helping clients find pragmatic solutions to legal and business challenges.

A significant portion of Jason’s practice involves advising start-up companies and investors in connection with venture capital transactions, early and late-stage financings and exits, including multi-national corporations in strategic investments.
