Jason Lee has built a 20-year career grounded in a deep understanding of real estate and the issues that accompany it. He focuses a significant part of his practice on real estate lending, advising lenders and borrowers through complex financings across key industries and property types, from farms, ranches and agribusiness to hotels, shopping centers and multifamily communities. Ultimately, if dirt is involved, Jason is in.
He leverages deep experience in commercial lending and loan servicing to effectively advise on permanent mortgage loans, bridge loans, asset-based loans, operating loans and construction financing. Whether handling a fixed-rate conduit loan on a mobile home park in Florida, a floating rate balance sheet loan on an office building in New York, or a syndicated credit facility secured by a national medical office portfolio, Jason efficiently identifies and resolves the legal issues necessary to close the transaction.
Jason also assists his clients with post-closing servicing matters and other ongoing loan administration needs.
