John Prinzivalli focuses his practice on complex business transactions and corporate matters, from advising on initial structuring, strategy and formation matters to preparing and negotiating comprehensive deal documents for complex M&A transactions. John has broad experience in efficiently and effectively managing transactions on behalf of buyers and sellers of businesses and product lines in the middle and lower middle markets. John is dedicated to supporting clients through all phases of the business lifecycle to help meet their immediate business needs and prepare for future success.

In addition to merger and acquisition activity, John has considerable experience handling outside general counsel matters regarding the day-to-day management of clients’ legal affairs, including corporate governance, compliance and other corporate matters. Further, John’s experience working with clients spans a variety of industries, including:

  • Manufacturing;
  • Consumer products;
  • Professional services;
  • Technology;
  • Infrastructure and transportation; and
  • Highly regulated industries.

Additionally, John has an active pro bono practice.

Prior to his legal career, John worked as an economic consultant at Charles River Associates (NASDAQ: CRAI), assisting economists in modeling damages and providing expert testimony in securities litigation.
