Polsinelli Represents JLL Partners in CAI Recapitalization
Polsinelli recently represented JLL Partners, a New York-based middle-market private equity firm, in the recapitalization of CAI, a professional services firm focused on operational readiness in life sciences and mission-critical environments.
The transaction is expected to support CAI’s continued investment in talent, training, next-generation technologies, strategic acquisitions and expanded service offerings.

More than 30 Polsinelli attorneys advised on the transaction, including matters involving M&A, employee stock ownership plans, HSR compliance, representations and warranties insurance, tax and equity financing. The firm also coordinated the involvement of 11 international law firms across 13 jurisdictions in which CAI operates.
