John Wesley Williamson advises hospitals and health systems, urgent care facilities, ambulatory surgery centers, behavioral health providers, physician practices and post-acute care providers on transactional, regulatory and operational issues. He guides clients through complex state and federal regulations, helping them confidently manage compliance, mitigate risks and achieve their strategic business objectives.

John Wesley regularly counsels clients on compliance with the Anti-Kickback Statute, Physician Self-Referral Law (Stark Law), licensing and certification requirements, Medicare and Medicaid enrollment, regulatory considerations in ownership transactions, and state corporate practice of medicine laws and fee-splitting regulations. He also represents health care organizations in Certificate of Need (CON) proceedings, helping them strategically secure approvals required to advance their operational goals.
