Jonathan Salm advises health care clients on mergers, acquisitions and strategic joint ventures of all sizes, bringing practical insight and regulatory clarity to each transaction.
He regularly leads deals in sectors including primary care, pediatric, nonprofit, nursing home, orthopedic, ophthalmology and other medical groups. This diverse experience gives Jonathan a keen understanding of each sector’s unique business needs and regulatory environment. Jonathan also conducts due diligence reviews and helps both buy-side and sell-side clients effectively navigate regulatory challenges to achieve successful deal outcomes.
