Joe Greenslade recognizes the potentially significant impact a lawsuit can have on a business’s operations, performance and profitability. For this reason, he is a strong advocate for clients in the defense of lawsuits involving products liability, premises liability and toxic torts. Joe brings a wide array of practical, hands-on experience, having served as local counsel for several major asbestos defendants. He has also been in the unique position to defend clients in cases involving benzene, pesticides, and other industry exposures, and has also served as national and local counsel for a pharmaceutical company in the fen-phen litigation. Joe represents clients in state and federal courts in California, and has been involved in asbestos litigation since 2002.
