Katherine Sieve advises clients on U.S. and international trademark matters, with a focus on trademark counseling, clearance, prosecution, protection and enforcement across industries including financial services, fashion and travel.
Katherine manages global trademark portfolios and advises on enforcement matters involving infringement, domain names and online brand protection. Her experience also includes trademark disputes before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and federal court, trademark enforcement actions and transactional matters involving licensing and assignment agreements.
