Keaton Osborne’s practice focuses on commercial finance, where he assists lenders and borrowers in a wide variety of commercial lending transactions, including acquisition financings, asset-based loans and financing transactions involving employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs). His experience includes syndicated and bilateral credit facilities. In the last 12 months, he has closed over $1 billion in commercial finance transactions.

Keaton also partners with our Intellectual Property attorneys to advise clients on financing transactions involving intellectual property.

Prior to law school, Keaton worked as an engineer for a U.S. Department of Energy contractor providing environmental remediation services in his hometown of Paducah, Kentucky.
