Keelin Kraemer’s practice focuses on representing businesses and organizations in commercial litigation matters and disputes. She works with Polsinelli attorneys to develop outcome-driven litigation strategies that are aligned with each client’s business goals.
Keelin provides guidance and advocacy in all phases of a dispute, from pre-litigation negotiations through trial. She is committed to understanding clients’ litigation goals and business objectives to provide the best representation for each unique matter. Clients rely on Keelin to manage risk and provide tailored litigation solutions so clients can focus on achieving their business and personal objectives.
Through the concentration in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution at the University of Tennessee College of Law, Keelin honed her advocacy skills - she was two-year editor on the Tennessee Law Review, student attorney in the Advocacy Clinic, contributor to Jerry H. Summers’ book Hope to Win, Prepare to Appeal - and Change the Law Along the Way, and recipient of the Robert E. Pryor Excellence in Advocacy Award.
