Keith primarily serves as lead litigation counsel and manages enterprise risk for an NFL team. As Chair of Polsinelli’s Health Care Professional Liability practice, Keith also serves as lead trial counsel in the Kansas City market for the nation’s largest for-profit health system. Keith routinely advises legal and business teams on litigation exposure, crisis response and operational decision-making that may carry downstream legal implications, helping clients anticipate risks before they escalate.
