Kendall Warden’s practice focuses on a variety of complex business transactions and corporate matters. She supports clients through all stages of their business’ life cycle including entity formation, corporate governance, executing mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Working closely with Polsinelli attorneys, Kendall delivers a range of legal advice to help with clients’ immediate matters and to prepare for future success.

During law school, Kendall externed with the Nashville Predators’ General Counsel, honing her corporate and commercial contracts skills.
