Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli advised DecisionPoint Systems (DPSI), a mobility-first enterprise services and solutions company and a leading provider of retail in-store solutions and services centered on Point-of-Sale systems, in its all-cash merger with an affiliate of Barcoding Holdings (Barcoding), a portfolio company of Graham Partners. With the completion of the transaction on July 5, 2024, DecisionPoint has become a privately held company, and its stock has ceased to be traded on the NYSE American Securities Exchange.
