Kristine Hamilton supports the Labor & Employment Department with an emphasis on Immigration. Her responsibilities include preparing Labor Condition Applications, H-1B Visa Petitions, PERM applications, I-140 Petitions, and Adjustment of Status (Green Card) applications and other practice support.

Before accepting the Immigration Paralegal position, Kristine worked as an LAA with Polsinelli for four years in Health Care, Immigration and Litigation. She has been in the legal field for over 30 years and has a strong immigration, personal injury and worker’s compensation background.

Kristine is the spouse of a 20+ year Army veteran and was a member of a very large organization. Not only did she raise her own two kids, she helped raise the kids of other Army families during deployments when an additional set of hands was always needed. She also assisted in organizing events for the Troops. With the Army background, she moved a few times and got to experience different legal practices and worked in rather diverse types of law.

Kristine is also the mother of a “special needs” child. Her son lost his hearing at the age of 13 months from meningitis. Learning to navigate the needs of her child was difficult, but she took what she learned and helped other parents work their way through the education system, doctors, and local assistance.
