Parking: Entrances to parking decks are located at 1 West Lenoir Street (Convention Center Charter Square Underground Deck) or 502 South Wilmington Street (Charter Square Parking Deck). 

Take the nearest guest elevator from the parking deck to Charter Square where the concierge will assist with gaining access to our 7th-floor reception area. If the desk is unattended or assistance is needed, please contact our reception desk at 919.832.1744.
