Polsinelli recently represented LiveWell Partners (LiveWell), a leading home care provider with a focus on building clinical teams that deliver top-decile clinical outcomes and patient scores, in their acquisition of Michigan Community VNA, a home health, hospice, and wellness agency committed to enhancing quality of life through extraordinary care and a collaborative clinical treatment approach.

This acquisition deepens LiveWell’s geographic footprint in the greater Detroit area in addition to LiveWell's current operations in Kansas, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri and Ohio.
