Tasha is an experienced litigator for a wide array of intellectual property (IP) matters, including patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright litigation. She also assists clients with technology transactions, commercialization strategies for their IP, and cybersecurity and data privacy issues. She has experience with patent matters across a wide range of technologies, including smart home technology, software, computer hardware, advanced systems for aircraft, medical devices, and oilfield technology. She has litigated patent infringement matters and other commercial disputes throughout the United States, including the Southern District of Texas, the Eastern District of Texas, and the District of Delaware.
