Lily Kane works with businesses, property owners, developers, landlords and tenants on corporate, real estate and finance matters. She assists with commercial and residential acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, municipal real estate transactions, business formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions and commercial lending. She also assists with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit construction lending and municipal financing for utility improvement projects through USDA Rural Development.

During law school, Lily worked for a justice of the Wisconsin Supreme Court and with the University of Wisconsin Law School’s Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic. She also served as co-editor-in-chief and senior business editor of the Wisconsin International Law Journal.
