With more than 20 years of experience in legal recruiting, Lisa has demonstrated success in attracting top legal talent across the industry’s most competitive firms and markets.

Prior to joining Polsinelli, Lisa served as Director of Strategic Lateral Growth at a major global law firm and held different recruiting leadership roles at several Am Law 100 firms.
