Logan’s practice focuses on complex commercial and health care civil litigation matters. He represents a wide range of clients in the health care space and beyond, including hospital systems, physicians' groups and associations, and biotechnology companies.

His experience spans many aspects of litigation procedure, including conducting pre-complaint investigations, drafting pleadings, motions and summary judgment briefs, managing discovery and document review, and preparing for depositions and witness examinations in high-stakes litigation matters. He works closely with cross-disciplinary teams to develop effective litigation strategies designed to support each client’s interests and business goals.

Logan’s experience includes representing health care and other corporate clients in disputes alleging breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and other business torts or claims, defending class action claims against hospital systems, and pursuing and defending claims arising out of joint ventures, partnerships and other business relationships.
