Her experience encompasses all facets of defined benefit, defined contribution and hybrid plans, including cash balance plans, from their creation to their termination. Lori is adept in areas such as plan design, drafting, compliance, government filings, communication and administration, including the review of domestic relations orders. She also has considerable experience with mergers and acquisitions and nonqualified retirement plans.

Her background includes 23 years with major consulting firms, where she advised on qualified retirement plans. This blend of legal and practical consulting experience enables her to offer a unique and pragmatic perspective in her field.
