Luke O’Keefe focuses his practice on commercial finance, advising banks, private lenders and borrowers on a wide range of secured lending transactions. He has experience with construction financing, real estate–secured loans, asset-based lending and cash flow facilities, and supports clients at every stage of the deal process —from due diligence and title review to loan documentation and closing.

In addition to his work in private credit markets, Luke has represented governmental entities, underwriters and financial institutions in public finance transactions.
