Maren B. Worley's practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate transactions, specifically acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate, leasing and financing.
Maren provides legal advice and strategic counsel to clients in the real estate industry, including developers, commercial landlords and tenants and business owners. She is committed to providing exceptional client service and navigating clients through the nuances and complexities of the real estate industry. Maren handles a variety of acquisitions and dispositions, from complex transactions to single parcels. She has extensive experience in connection with the acquisition of retail, office and industrial properties and portfolios. She also has experience managing and engaging a team that efficiently navigates through large-scale transactions.
