Mark Hart focuses on a variety of complex business transactions and corporate matters. He advises clients throughout many phases of their businesses’ life cycles including executing strategic mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Mark leans on his background as a certified public accountant (CPA) and financial statement auditor to deliver a range of legal advice to help with clients’ immediate matters and to prepare for future success.

While in law school, Mark was an intern for Judge Daniel Crabtree of the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas.
