On several occasions, Matt has successfully negotiated with government agencies to allow clients to maintain ownership of their intellectual property.
Before joining private practice, Matt served as in-house counsel for a Fortune 100 company, where he managed a patent portfolio in diverse technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, and wireless networking. He also served as a lead intellectual property counsel in the acquisition of several technology companies.
