Matthew Cannon represents clients in commercial real estate transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, development and financing of commercial properties. He drafts and reviews transaction documents and assists with purchases and sales across property classes, including matters involving post-acquisition rezoning and asset dispositions.

Matthew also works on refinancings and loan modifications for single-property assets and portfolio assets across the United States. He helps clients assess local policy changes and consider their potential impact on real estate assets and business operations.

Matthew previously worked as a legislative associate in the office of New Jersey State Assemblyman Andrew Zwicker.
