Matthew Rubino practices corporate law with experience spanning corporate transactions such as public and private mergers, asset and stock acquisitions, venture capital financings, and various corporate governance matters.
During his time in law school, Matthew gained valuable experience as a senior legal intern for the Honorable Michael A. Shipp of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He also contributed significantly to the Temple Law Review, serving first as a staff editor and later as a note/comment editor. During his time at Yale, Matthew was a four-year member of the Varsity Football Team.
