Matthew Suddarth focuses his practice on guiding and representing clients facing complex legal issues through all steps of the litigation process.

Prior to joining Polsinelli, Matthew practiced at a mid-sized firm based in the Midwest where he defended health care providers, companies, local governments and insurers in various types of litigation disputes. Notable achievements prior to joining Polsinelli include assisting in the dismissal of a well-known Fortune 500 clothing company from a federal class action lawsuit and with the briefing of a successful appeal before the Missouri Supreme Court.
